Restorative & Nidra Yoga combines two complementary practices that invite both body and mind into a state of deep rest: Restorative yoga, based on fully supported postures, and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that slows everything down and leads to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.
