TAICHI

This course, offered in partnership withINSTINCT MARTIAL invites you to discover Taiji Quan (or Tai Chi Chuan). This is a traditional Chinese martial art known as internal martial art. That is to say, the emphasis is placed on the cultivation of the body, mind and breath, in order to develop supple and fluid movements, as well as internal power free from tension.

LEVEL: Mild to moderate
