VINYASA

Commonly called “flow”, vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by a sequence of postures. There are transitions between each pose. In addition, by combining movement with breathing, you will be able to feel a sensation of internal warmth as well as a feeling of mental fluidity.

LEVEL: Moderate to active
