I recently tried the TRX classes at Yoga Avenue, and I loved it! It’s intense, dynamic, and above all, very well guided. The exercises are clearly explained, and the modifications allow everyone to find their own pace, regardless of experience or fitness level. You leave the class exhausted but smiling!
