YOGA & MEDITATION

During this class, you prepare your body for the meditation posture through sequences of postures on the ground aimed at improving the opening of the hips, shoulders and chest. The meditations will transport you to other layers of yourself and other brainwave levels. This journey leads you to travel through your senses, your mind and your emotions, in order to meet your inner truth!
