This class aims to develop active flexibility and functional mobility by combining range-of-motion work, muscular strengthening, and movement control.
The proposed approach improves the body’s ability to move with ease and stability through greater ranges of motion, while ensuring a safe and progressive training process. The exercises are structured to strengthen the muscles within these newly developed mobility ranges in order to create lasting gains that are directly transferable to practice.
