Accessible to everyone, Slow Flow is a soothing practice that promotes relaxation and body awareness, while improving your flexibility and strength. The postures are linked together in a fluid manner, with a smooth transition between each pose. In addition, particular attention is paid to conscious breathing by synchronizing breathing with movement. This course is for you if you want to release body tension and cultivate a state of mental and physical well-being.
